This seminar reviews the biomechanics and kinetics of the human body for the healthy athlete and individual. The fitness professional will understand the advanced fitness aspects of biomechanics, kinesiology, and functional anatomy with emphasis in proper muscle activation, fascia release, body movement and proper alignment for different sports and exercises.
